Tea & Talk weekly in-person program (Wednesdays - 9am - 2pm) for Healthcare Workers and Family Caregivers at Maplewood. Tai Chi, caregiver support, music & presentations, referral, refreshments. Transportation provided from/to Montreal (CHSLD St-Andrew's Home). Local Chateauguay healthcare workers and family caregivers (prôche-aidants), all welcome and may accompany a senior. Bilingual. Free of charge, donations with tax receipt.
Tea & Talk Seniors and Family Caregivers via Zoom, Fridays 1:15 - 2:45pm.
